Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Nail & Aesthetics Institute. By purchasing an online course, digital download, ebook, or training manual, or by booking an in-person workshop or salon training service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Overview & Intellectual Property

​

  • Ownership: All course content, training manuals, downloadable ebooks, video lessons, slide decks, and digital media are the exclusive intellectual property of the Nail & Aesthetics Institute.

  • License & Usage: Purchases grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable individual license for personal professional development.

  • Strict Non-Disclosure & Non-Compete: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share login credentials, sell, or modify any materials. You are strictly prohibited from using our training manuals or curriculum to host your own training courses or teach third parties without prior written consent.

 

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. Digital Goods, Ebooks & Online Programs

​

  • Immediate Access Waiver: In accordance with consumer regulations governing digital content, by enrolling in an online course or purchasing a downloadable digital product (ebooks, training manuals, digital kits), you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you forfeit your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal/cancellation once access to the digital materials or student portal has been granted.

  • All Digital Sales Final: Because digital intellectual property and downloadable files are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales of digital products, downloadable ebooks, manuals, and online enrolments are strictly non-refundable.

B. Payment Plans, Chargebacks & Default

​

  • Installment Obligations: If you select a payment plan option via Stripe, SumUp, or another processor, you enter into a binding agreement to complete all scheduled payment installments on the specified dates.

  • Default on Payments: Failure to clear a scheduled payment will result in immediate suspension of access to the student portal and course materials until the account is brought up to date.

  • Fraudulent Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a payment dispute or fraudulent chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for accessed digital content or completed training will be vigorously contested with proof of portal access, IP logs, signed terms, and course activity.

 

C. In-Person Masterclasses & Practical Workshops

​

  • Deposits: All booking deposits for in-person training days, practical workshops, or live masterclasses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Student Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the training date: Any balance paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be applied as a credit toward future training dates at the Institute's discretion.

    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled training date: The full course fee is completely non-refundable and non-transferable due to reserved tutor time, venue costs, and limited class capacities.

  • Academy Cancellations: In the rare event that the Institute must cancel or reschedule a live session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., tutor illness, severe travel disruption), students will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of fees paid for that specific practical session. The Institute is not responsible for secondary expenses incurred by the student (e.g., travel, hotel bookings).

 

3. Gated Certification Policy

​

To preserve the professional integrity, compliance, and accreditation standards of our qualifications:

  • No official accredited certificates, final exam access, practical case study grading, or accredited badges will be released or issued until the course balance is paid in full.

  • Completing practical assessments or exam modules prior to full payment clearing will hold the certification in a pending state until all payment plan installments are satisfied.

 

4. On-Site Salon Training & European Educator Bookings

​

  • Confirmation & Scheduling: On-site salon training, group staff workshops, and bespoke European educator bookings are subject to written agreement, diary availability, and confirmed travel/flight arrangements.

  • Logistics & Expenses: Quotations for salon-hosted training will explicitly detail travel, accommodation, and venue requirements. Bookings are only finalized once the agreed deposit or full invoice payment is received.

  • Salon Cancellations: Travel, accommodation, and educator booking fees are non-refundable once travel tickets and dates have been locked in.

 

5. Student Prerequisites & Professional Insurance

​

  • Prerequisite Compliance: Students are solely responsible for ensuring they meet any entry requirements or prerequisite qualifications prior to enrolling in clinical or practical training modules.

  • Insurance Disclaimer: While our courses are accredited for professional qualification, completion does not guarantee insurance coverage. Students must verify licensing and insurance requirements with their local provider and governing bodies prior to enrolling.

 

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction.
