Cancellation Policy

Booking & Salon Policy To ensure the highest standard of safety, care, and respect for every client's scheduled time, please read the following terms carefully before booking your appointment. 1. Consultations, Forms & Patch Testing Aesthetics Consultations: All first-time aesthetics clients must book a dedicated consultation before receiving treatment to assess suitability. Forms & Health Disclosure: Consultation, medical, and consent forms must be completed fully, accurately, and honestly. Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, or allergies. Patch Tests: If required for your specific treatment, patch testing will take place during your consultation. 2. Booking Fees & Payment Methods A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your time slot. Remaining balances can be settled on the day of treatment via Cash or Card. Klarna (Pay in 3 / Split Payment): Klarna is available for eligible treatments and clients. We can issue a digital invoice with a payment link prior to your appointment, allowing you to select Klarna at checkout if you meet Klarna's eligibility criteria. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We strictly require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment (No-Show), your booking fee will be forfeited. 4. Punctuality & Late Arrival Appointments are managed on a strict timeframe so every client receives their full, dedicated attention. We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled as a late cancellation, and your booking fee will be forfeited. Note: Exceptions are only possible if you contact us in advance and our schedule permits without delaying the next client. 5. Solo Appointments (Strict No Guest Policy) To maintain a calm, hygienic, and professional clinical environment, only the individual receiving treatment is permitted inside the clinic/studio. No children, friends, or partners are permitted to accompany you to your appointment. 6. Professional Conduct We pride ourselves on providing a safe, welcoming, and high-level service. Mutual respect is essential—zero tolerance is maintained for any rude, aggressive, or abusive behaviour.
