Why I Created Nail & Aesthetics Institute

The beauty and aesthetics industry has evolved rapidly over the years, creating incredible opportunities for passionate professionals to build successful careers doing what they love. However, throughout my own journey as a nail technician, aesthetics practitioner, and educator, I noticed one thing repeatedly — many students were leaving training courses still lacking confidence, support, and a true understanding of the treatments they were performing.

That is ultimately why I created Nail & Aesthetics Institute.

I wanted to build more than just an online course platform. I wanted to create an educational space where students could learn in a way that felt professional, supportive, realistic, and easy to understand, while still maintaining high industry standards.

Having worked within the industry for many years, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when starting out. There is so much information available online, but not all education is created equally. My goal with Nail & Aesthetics Institute is to bridge the gap between accessible online learning and the professional knowledge needed to build confidence and competence within the industry.

As an international multi-award finalist, winner, and educator, I am passionate about helping students not only learn treatments, but also understand the importance of areas such as consultation skills, anatomy knowledge, hygiene, professionalism, client care, and treatment planning. These foundations are just as important as the practical skills themselves.

I also believe education should continue evolving. The aesthetics industry is constantly advancing, and practitioners should feel encouraged to continue learning, improving, and growing throughout their careers. That is why Nail & Aesthetics Institute continues to expand its range of professional training courses for both beginners and experienced professionals alike.

My vision has always been simple: To create high-quality, professional education that helps students feel empowered, supported, and confident as they progress within the nail and aesthetics industry.
